Wedding Card with Envelope

Here is a wedding card and envelope I made for my co-worker.  She is going to a wedding next week, the brides colours are from the Sea Mist family.  The card is inspired by a pinterest card, but I have changed it up to make it my own.
I used the wedding cricut cartridge and the ornamental iron 2 cartridges to make this card.

Very Quick Birthday Card

I told a co-worker I would make him a card for his wife's birthday which is today.  Her favorite colours are pink and purple.  I threw together this card.  Inspired by Pinterest (posted on my Cricut Craft board), but I did not make the flower (to save time).
All paper is Stampin Up.

Holy Crap ... You're 50

I saw a card on Pinterest (its posted on my card board).  I just love it and thought it is a great card for someone turning 50.  This card was for a man, so I changed up the Pinterest card.

The supplies that I used to make this card are:

white cardstock from Staples,
dollar store brads,
eyelets
white cotton material
Old olive card stock
Close to Cocoa cardstock
Choc Chip cardstock and ink.
Woodgrain embossing
Cricut Expression 2 (and one of the font cards on it)
Cricut Imagine for the inside sign.

Happy Canada Day 2014

The weather forcast wasn't looking to great for us in Ottawa yesterday.  I did have faith as the rain they were calling for on Sunday and Monday didn't happen.  Well yesterday turned out to be a beautiful day.  We had lots of food, friends and laughter.
My neighbour and I made these cute cupcakes for desert.  I cut the maple leafs with my cricut cake machine using gumpaste.  I used the Art Philosophy Cart and cut them at 1.75 inches.

Hope you all had a great day, and an early Happy Independence Day to all my American friends.
